Tech Mahindra is hiring for E-commerce voice customer support associate position in which you will have to deal with customers through calls and help them with their questions and issues. The client will be Flipkart, hence you will be a Flipkart Customer Support Associate.

Mandate System Requirements - Laptop/Desktop - I3 Processor, 8GB RAM, 64 BIT Operating System, Genuine Windows 10 or above, Genuine Anti-Virus, Noise Cancellation Headphone, Broadband connection, Power Backup.

Job Responsibility

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
